BUSINESS TASK FORCE GOALS:
The Montezuma Business Taskforce is a think tank group created to help identify the most pressing obstacles to economic development in our county, and to develop ways to move progress forward using various organizations, individuals and networking.
We also support business development, tourism, and short-term and long-term economic boosters, and provide information to businesses through the Montezuma Business Coalition Facebook page. Current List of Task Force Members.
The group’s current projects are:
Building "Love Local Montezuma" as the business marketing arm of our county with website & social media platforms
Working on a Business Scholarship program to assist business to take their business to the next level
Keeping broadband options a hot topic in the county, looking at ways to increase redundancy and grow access to rural areas
County-wide signage and wayfaring signs
